Wednesday 1/19/11

Today students reviewed atomic structure and the periodic table.  Notebooks were checked.  There will be a quiz tomorrow on intro to biochemistry.

Yesterday students finished their vocabulary foldables and wrote rhyming poems for the definitions of the vocabulary terms.

Today students created a vocabulary foldable that should be glued to the far left side of page 36 in the INB.

Wednesday 1/12/11

Today students played vocab pyramid and took notes on ionic and covalent bonds on page 37 of the INB. 

Tuesday 1/11/11

Today students modeled and took notes on atoms and compounds in their interactive notebooks. 

Monday 1/10/11

Today students received the ch. 2-1 Reading guide.

Wednesday 12/22/10

Today periods 2, 4, and 6 took the first semester exam.

Today periods 1, 3, and 5 took the 1st semester exam.

Today students finished taking the mid-year common assessment.

Today students took the Common Assessment (mid year).
